BOIL WATER ADVISORY
This Notice is required by State Law anytime a water system falls below 20 psi of pressure. The purpose/theory behind it is that a loss of pressure can possibly allow bacteria or other contaminants into the water stream. There have been no testing done that show any such bacteria or other contaminants, as we had to wait until the full system returned to full pressure.
Now that the system has been fully pressurized, samples of water will be tested to see if there are any contaminants. If/when those test results show no contamination, the boil water advisory can be lifted.
