Bills received late

We are aware of a delay in customers receiving their bills.  They were sent to the post office 9-29-23.  Due to this inconvenience, we will not apply a late fee as long as the payment is in the office by end of day, Monday, Oct 16th. Feel free to call the office to get your balance or go online and make a payment by going to www.stownud.com, select the drop down under "Customer Service" , select "Bill Payment", then click the green button that says "Pay your bill now".  This will require you registering with Citisen Portal (our credit card processing system).
